It does not invite anyone to share sensitive or clinical details. We handle the information it does collect, such as a name and a way to reach someone, in line with UK GDPR. We are glad to show you what is stored and where, and we will not make claims we cannot stand behind.

Is it safe with confidential details?

It is built to stay on practical ground: fees, availability, and booking. It does not ask for sensitive or clinical information, and it is not a place to share it. The details it does collect, such as a name and contact details, are handled in line with UK GDPR.

What happens if it can't answer something?

It says so honestly and takes a message, or points the person back to you. It will not guess or invent an answer. You stay in the loop, and the final word is always yours.

Do I need to be technical, or install anything?

No. We handle all of it, from building the agent to adding it to your website and keeping it running. There is nothing for you to install, and nothing technical to manage.
